About Nigerian Custom Service (NCS)
The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) is a paramilitary agency established in 1891. It was created under the Nigerian Ministry of Finance and it is charged with the responsibilities for securing Nigerian borders, collecting import/excise duties, enforcing fiscal policies, and preventing smuggling into Nigeria, regulates imports/exports and protects domestic industries.

Available Vacancies in the Nigerian Custom Service
The Nigerian Custom Service is currently recruiting in 3 different categories cadres including:
1. CUSTOMS ASSISTANT
This category consists of general duty and support staff/professionals – console 03, 04.
This cadre employs applicants with Secondary School Certificate with five (5) credits including English and Mathematics, Trade Test Certificate, or Federal Ministry of Labour and Productivity approved proficiency certificates (where applicable).
2. CUSTOMS INSPECTOR CADRE
This category consists of general duty and support staff/professionals – console 06.
This cadre employs applicants with OND, NCE, or its relevant certificate obtained from a recognized Polytechnics or other institutions.
3. CUSTOMS SUPERINTENDENT CADRE
This category consists of general duty and support staff/professionals – console 08.
This cadre employs applicants with Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or equivalent from a recognised university or polytechnic and NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate.
Custom Recruitment Portal Requirements
